Premises Wiring

Our premises wiring base price is set at $120.00 per drop (One drop is one terminated RJ-45 CAT5 wall jack to wiring closet connection). If you need multiple jacks per wall plate we add $20.00 for each connection*. This does not include any time for configuration of Network Setup including hubs, switches, network cards, or Internet Connectivity. For example:

1 Wall Plate/1 Jacks = $120.00 (configuration at standard hourly rates)

1 Wall Plate/4 Jacks = $180.00 (configuration at standard hourly rates)

*There may also be a $10.00 fee for each unforeseen obstacle in premises construction that must be dealt with, depending upon severity.
*There may also be Extra charges for Plenum Cableing.

Cable Certification with Report Cat3, Cat5, Cat5+ ($40.00) Per Jack Plus Labor Time.
